Re: Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return / exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from ”TOBs”
Shipping returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Please allow up to 130 hours during peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine’s Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. For this reason our Express shipping may be delayed.Customers living in rural locations inside the US may experience 24 hours delay in shipping.
SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Kindly enter your address at checkout to confirm whether shipping is available to your country. The checkout will always clearly display which shipping methods are available to your location. Shipping times are estimates and commence after the order is processed.
If you order products from our site, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the US. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it begins processing through the system and into our warehouses almost immediately. We are unable to cancel or modify orders once completed.
